How long does it take to make my item?

Our usual processing time for made-to-order rings is around 4 weeks, but it can take a bit longer depending on the current situation. We always try to finish sooner if possible and, if you have a specific date in mind, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do what we can to accommodate this. Custom design orders or busy months may take longer.

How do I find my ring size?

We have a printable ring sizer and sizing chart on our website. We recommend measuring your finger multiple times in order to get an accurate reading. Also note that our finger sizes tend to fluctuate based on the time of day or season. Therefore, avoid measuring your finger when it might be swollen due to high temperatures, after a hot shower or exercising, or when you’ve just come in from the cold.

Are there any shipping fees?

We ship free within North America via Fedex or DHL with signature confirmation and tracking number.

All packages require a signature, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to make arrangements to sign for your package or have someone home to sign for you. You can always use your work address or consider shipping to a friend or family member in case you want it to be a surprise. Feel free to contact us for any additional info.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For all countries outside of North America, a shipping fee is required via DHL or Fedex with signature and tracking, which will be calculated during checkout.

All additional duties and taxes associated with Customs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that if your package gets held up in customs we are not responsible for any delays. The buyer agrees to take full responsibility for risks involved in international shipping (delayed delivery, payment of duties, etc.).

Will I receive a ring box with my order?

Yes, your ring will come in a beautiful ring box and will also include our certificate of authenticity, issued by our in-house gemologists. For all of our Forever One Gemstones, a warranty card from Charles & Colvard will be included as well.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since all of our pieces are made to order, we request that you contact us within 48 hours after placing the order in order to cancel.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes, all of our pieces will be shipped with tracking via Fedex or DHL and it will require you to sign.
